Medication at School
For children with asthma parents are required to provide the school with a completed Individual Medical Response Plan and Medication Authorisation Form. These forms are available from the Front Office. For children who require regular management of their asthma at school an Asthma Action Plan should be provided to the school.
For children with seasonal asthma a Medication Authorisation Form only needs to be completed.
All medication and puffers must be kept in Sick Bay at the Front Office. Medication and puffers are not allowed to be kept in classrooms.
