On Tuesday night Kushi R (6 White) represented St Monica’s at the quarter final stage of the ACT Rostrum Public Speaking Competition. She was one of 8 students from our region that met at St Thomas Aquinas to deliver a 3 minute speech. Kushi spoke with confidence and poise beyond her year on the topic of 'Thinking Big'. Unfortunately she was not selected to go through to the next stage but we have no doubt the skills she exhibited will stand her in very good stead as she transitions into high school next year. Well done Kushi!
