Year 2 have been doing a conceptual inquiry unit about water. As part of this unit, The Icon Water Education Department came to visit the students with a 3D working model that displayed the ACT and surrounding regions water supply network. We learnt where our drinking water comes from and how it is treated, as well as where the water goes when it is flushed down the drain. We learnt so much about this precious resource and had lots of fun!
