Physical Activity and Fitness
Each week I will be sending out some fitness and physical activities and challenges for students and their families. During this time of remote learning, it is extremely important to have regular movement breaks as well as getting outside for free play, running around, riding a bike or simply going for a walk.
Hot Tip of the Week
Often, people who exercise regularly do it simply because it makes them feel good. Exercise can boost your mood, concentration and alertness. It can even help give you a positive outlook on life.
Activity Idea
Fun fitness for all of the family. Have a go at this Yoga session together, you could even make it a competition!!
