Physical Activity and Fitness
Each week I will be sending out some fitness and physical activities and challenges for students and their families. During this time of remote learning it is extremely important to have regular movement breaks as well as getting outside for free play, running around, riding a bike or simply going for a walk.
Hot Tip of the Week
To maintain health and reduce your risk of health probelms health professionals and researchers recommend a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate-intense physical activity on most, preferably all, days.
Activity Idea
Fun fitness for all of the family. Have a go at this together, you could even make it a competition!!
