Make sure to list all applicable school-aged children in your family please.

This form must be completed each year as the information affects the amount invoiced for the CE Tuition Fee and the Building Fund Voluntary Donation. Discounts on CE Tuition fees are available for families with siblings attending Systemic Catholic primary and secondary schools.

Failure to return this form may result in no family discount, therefore full CE Tuition fees and Building Fund will be invoiced to you in 2021.

The five Systemic Catholic Secondary schools are:

• St Francis Xavier College
• Merici College
• John Paul College
• St Clare's College
• St Mary Mackillop College

Daramalan, Marist and St Edmund's are not Systemic schools.
